     Color:        White / Cream with a light pinkish hue. The usual characteristics of the variety and typically uniform.

                             Flavor:       A sweet / tart flavor typical of the  

                                                 variety.

     Defects:    As defined by the Dried Fruit  Association(DFA) of California standards for dried peaches they are reasonably free of defects.
